As the orchestrator of your project, my role is to facilitate the definition of your objectives, ensure smooth communication, and make sure that every detail of your production is carefully considered.

In the company - I visit your premises to meet with your various teams. Like a mediator, I gather everyone's needs related to the project and synthesize them to help you best define the overall objective of your content creation project.

​

Briefs and calls for tender - Once the internal needs are gathered and the objectives defined, I assist you in drafting your image briefs for future service providers. I support you in carrying out calls for tender to find your future providers (communication agency, production company, etc.).

Concept - I advise you on the choice of content creation concept for your campaign. For this, I conduct research, create inspiration boards, and work with you on the storytelling of your production. Depending on the scope of the project and budget, I am also able to recommend art directors or agencies that can contribute to the project.

Project Manager - I am your advisor on production and handle all organization and coordination. I oversee the various stages of the shoot with the production team, ensuring that shooting timelines and predefined deliverables are met. I am also present to provide my vision for the imagery and an external creative perspective.

Location Manager - On-site, I coordinate and supervise the teams, ensuring that all participants are comfortable and working under optimal conditions for the shoot. I manage logistics related to catering, accommodations, transportation, and more.

Art Buying - I handle the casting of talents (models, actors, athletes) both in France and internationally. I search for, contact, and coordinate artistic and technical service providers for the project, ensuring their artistic sensitivity aligns with it. I am responsible for negotiating services and managing rights.

Budget and Scheduling - I create and manage the production schedule as well as daily shooting plans. I ensure the proper management and overall tracking of the production budget.

Locations - I conduct pre-scouting and scouting of shooting locations both in France and abroad. Once the locations are selected, I handle the filming permit requests. Depending on the country selected for production, I engage with local production teams to facilitate scouting and permit processes.

Logistics - I ensure the effective logistical organization of the production. I book accommodations and transportation, request equipment rentals, and find catering solutions on-site.

​

Styling and Décor - I assist in developing the styling and/or décor for your shoots. Depending on the scale of the project and budget, I can recommend professionals in décor and styling to handle these tasks.

Monitoring and support - I oversee post-production alongside the artistic providers. I guide and support them through the stages of selecting images or videos, color grading, storytelling, and revisions, all the way to the final delivery of the images or film.

Color Grading - I am also capable of handling the color grading of your visuals myself (editing software used: Lightroom).

​

Delivery - I ensure that the final content is delivered within the defined timelines. I manage the distribution of the content on your internal platforms (naming, uploading visuals, sorting... according to your needs).
